Pediatric and Family Nutrition

As both a mother and a dietitian, I understand the joy, fun, concerns, stress, and deep responsibility that come with feeding children. Feeding is a complex process—one that requires trust, thoughtful inquiry, both short- and long-term thinking, problem-solving, and close collaboration with a child’s support system. I take a practical approach that focuses on meeting nutritional needs while honoring the individual and protecting the relationships we build through the feeding process.

I have been a practicing dietitian in the area for 30 years, with the past 20 years dedicated to working with children and families. I have worked both individually and as part of multidisciplinary teams.
